For the last 17 years of her life, Alex has lived in the romantic, welcoming and every changing Adelaide Hills. Alex has bought, renovated and lived in Blakiston, Mount Barker, Littlehampton, Dawesley and Ashbourne and has extensive knowledge of the region. Alex loves helping people and is heavily involved in her local community. She volunteers at Saint Francis De Sales College, is involved in the local archery and roller derby sporting clubs with her two daughters, and is a member of the Australian Alpaca Industry. Alex believes in honest hard-work to get results. In her previous career, she studied at university to gain the highest academic award in her degree, a PhD. She went on to be a medical scientist in the field of genetics providing the medical profession with exceptional results and customer service. She also ran her own successful business. Majestic Alpaca Stud was born through her passion of alpacas, primary production and biodynamic farming. Managing this business, she travelled all over Australian and enjoyed working with people from all walks of life, ranging from retirees, families, same sex couples and young people. However, what really distinguishes Alex are her personal qualities. Warm and engaging, Alex has outstanding interpersonal skills. She takes a genuine, empathetic interest in all the people that enter her life. She lives and breathes ‘old fashion values’ such as being honest, having respect and integrity, being punctual and keeping promises.
